This Privacy Policy explains how CollectiveiQ ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information in the course of delivering executive coaching services.
This policy applies to coaching engagements, assessments, meetings and communications related to the executive coaching program.
We may collect personal information necessary to deliver coaching services, including contact information, professional background, leadership development goals, assessment results, and notes from coaching conversations.
Where assessments are used (for example the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment), relevant information may be collected and processed in order to generate reports and provide coaching insights.
Information collected is used solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services, supporting leadership development, administering assessments, scheduling sessions and communicating with the coachee and relevant organisational sponsor.
Information may also be used to evaluate progress against coaching objectives where agreed with the sponsor.
All one-on-one coaching conversations are treated as confidential.
Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to sponsors, employers or other parties without the coachee’s permission, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm.
Where organisational sponsors are involved, only high-level themes or progress summaries may be shared, and only with the knowledge of the coachee.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Coaching notes and assessment reports are stored securely and only accessible to the coach responsible for the engagement.
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to support the coaching engagement, comply with professional standards, and meet legal obligations.
When no longer required, information will be securely deleted or destroyed.
Some assessments or tools used in coaching may be administered by third-party providers (for example assessment platforms).
These providers may process limited personal information necessary to deliver their services.
Individuals may request access to personal information held about them and may request corrections where appropriate.
Requests regarding personal information should be directed to CollectiveiQ.
