Who We Are

CollectiveIQ was founded by Jim Houston, a psychologist with over thirty years experience as a psychotherapist and organisational psychologist. Jim has worked with teams since the nineties in a variety of settings, including the not-for-profit, private businesses, State and Federal government, and ASX listed companies. He has worked with Boards, Executive Teams, and front-line teams of all sizes. He has also taught in Leadership and Group Dynamics at undergraduate and post-graduate level at RMIT, Monash University and Swinburne University.

CollectiveIQ focuses on using the latest advances in social learning theory and team dynamics to help teams perform at their best. We are passionate about using evidence-based theories and practice to help teams harness their collective intelligence to make better decisions, more efficiently that lead to greater productivity and business performance.
