CollectiveiQ provides executive coaching services designed to support leadership development and behavioural change.
The specific scope of services will be outlined in the relevant coaching proposal or agreement.
Executive coaching is a collaborative, developmental process intended to support leadership effectiveness and professional growth.
The coachee is responsible for decisions, actions and results arising from the coaching process.
Coaching conversations are confidential between the coach and the coachee.
Where the coaching engagement is sponsored by an organisation, the coach may provide general progress updates or themes, but will not disclose detailed personal content without the coachee’s consent.
The coachee agrees to participate actively in the coaching process, attend scheduled sessions and engage in reflection and application between sessions.
The effectiveness of coaching depends on the coachee’s willingness to apply insights and experiment with new leadership behaviours.
Coaching sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement.
Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may incur the full session fee.
Fees for coaching services are outlined in the coaching proposal.
Invoices are payable within 14 days from the commencement of the coaching program.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, legal advice or financial advice.
Where issues arise that are outside the scope of executive coaching, the coach may recommend appropriate professional support.
CollectiveiQ will exercise reasonable care and professional judgement in the delivery of coaching services.
However, the coach is not responsible for the personal or professional decisions made by the coachee as a result of the coaching process.
